FY2008 Performance Measures 


OLMP will encourage agencies to:

  • Focus on improving communications between frontline workers and mid-level supervisors for collaborative results that garners trust and respect
  • Address day-to-day service issues through constructive discussion and problem solving with emphasis toward resolution
  • Create a non-threatening environment for change and one that works together as a team to serve the community

OLMP will advise agencies in:

  • Conducting an ongoing evaluation of service delivery strategies 
  • Using customer concerns/issues as an opportunity for program enhancement
  • Utilizing ideas from labor and management employees at every level 
  • Achieving results by focusing on the mission
